Q: thats true kundalini pressure or pain in head is because 7 chakra closed?
and after open it it go?
A: it could be the seventh chakra. In my experience, most pain like that is linked with the fifth chakra because people have stiff necks. Either way, you might want to learn to open your chakras
This is the technique which I use for opening my chakras. Start by visualizing the seven chakras
The base Chakra (first Chakra) is at the base of your body, and extends into the earth, its color is red
Your sexual (second chakra) chakra is at the level where men wear their belts. It’s color is orange
Your personal power chakra (third chakra) is at your solar plexus. Its color is yellow
Your heart chakra (forth chakra)is at the level of your heart. It’s color is green
Your communication chakra (fifth chakra) is in your throat. It’s color is blue
Your third eye (sixth chakra) is in the middle of your forehead. Its color is either indigo or violet
Your crown, (seventh chakra) is at the top of your head. Its color is white.
The following meditation can be done any time when you can focus on 7 breaths. You don’t have to close your eyes, so you could do this while driving. Any time when you can take 7 breaths and focus on the intent of 7 breaths
Breath in and visualize a red light at your base chakra. Breath out and let the light grow brighter
Breath in and draw up from the red light to your second chakra and let it be orange. Breath out and let the light grow brighter
Breath in and draw up from the red light through your second chakra to your third chakra and let it be yellow. Breath out and let the light grow brighter
Breath in and draw up from the red light through the other chakras to your heart chakra and let it be green. Breath out and let the light grow brighter
Breath in and draw up from the red light through the other chakras to your fifth chakra and let it be blue. Breath out and let the light grow brighter
Breath in and draw up from the red light through the other chakras to your sixth chakra and let it be indigo. Breath out and let the light grow brighter
Breath in and draw up from the red light through the other chakras to your crown and let it be white. Breath out and let the light flow over your entire body, covering you with white light.
Once your chakras are open, feel the power in your third chakra (solar plexus, yellow). Allow the power to extend out to your hands. Hold your hands as if you were holding a volleyball, and the feel the power flowing out into the shape of the ball. If you squeeze the ball, you can feel it resisting against your hands. Energy flows up through the body, so take the energy ball, and put it back into yourself through the base chakra (bottom of the body, red) and allow it to flow all the way up to the top where it comes up and covers your body in white light. This establishes your ability to work with your third chakra, and gives an extra boost to train the system to have smooth upward energy flow.
To close your chakras (if you want to close your chakras) use the same meditation in reverse. 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 all the lights are out.
Q: What could be causing my upper teeth pain and my head pains?
I have just recently started having pain in my upper teeth and the pain will lead all the way up to right about my temple and there it feels like strong pressure Is there any thing I could do to help release the pain.
A: Go to the dentist – sounds like your tooth pulp is inflammed or infected. Go now, because if you wait too long you’ll have to get a root canal!
Q: What is head pain a symptom of?
I searched head pain, and most results are migraine and sinus related. But the head pain is not in my sinuses or the front of my head.
Its towards the back, on the right side, but close to the middle.
Im not a hypochondriac, so I’d appreciate both the most positive possibilities as well as negative.
I seriously doubt I have a tumor or something.
A: go to a doctor
Q: When I sleep on my left side, I get a really bad headache/pain on the right side of my head. Any ideas?
I’ve had a problem with my ears and head for the past 4 months or so. I went to the doctor and he said it looks like I have Eustachian Tube Dysfuntion. Well I researched it, and yes it is the feeling I get in my ear, but what about the head pain? When I sleep on my left side, I get a really bad headache/pain on the right side of my head. I have another appointment in a couple days, but has anyone else ever had this, or know what it could be???
A: I’ve had it, still have it infact… its a fluid build up in your ear. If your eustachian tube is dysfunctional then the fluid is unable to drain out of your ear properly, leading to ear pain and possibly an infection. While there are surgical techniques that are available to assist in proper drainage, may I suggest you try a decongestant, antihistamine if you havent already. My doctor recommended Mucinex & Sudafed ( pseudoephedrine not phenylephrine) along with my allergy medications. In general,I found that it helped the symptoms.
I’m a nurse, not a doctor… keep your appointment!

Q: Should I be worried about sprained like pain in the back of my head?
For a week or so I have been having these weird head pains in the back right side of my head. It feels like a sprain if you were to move your neck to fast around. It goes almost as fast as it comes, and is extremely painful. I can be moving around, or sitting still when it hits. And its not any kind of headache, it really doesn’t seem to match any description I have read thus far. If anyone has any idea please let me know.
A: Hi, I’m a doctor from NY city. It’s very easy. All instruction about your question here. http://freeclinic.notlong.com/AAQnIst
Q: Why do I have pain in the front of my head, around my ears, and the back of my head?
Lately I have been having head pain that seems like normal headaches but also occurs sometimes around or behind my ears and the back of my head. Sometimes I feel some pain in my face around my sinus area as well. Can someone tell me what they think about this? Could it be a tumor, warning signs that I should see a doctor before I have a stroke, a sinus infection, or maybe I need a new eye prescription? Another thing…sometimes I feel pain my neck, the shoulder or collar bone areas, my legs, arms, back, and sometimes chest. Also it feels like my body temp changes from hot to cold through out the day. The pain in my head has been occurring everyday. The other symptoms I described aren’t as frequent. The only other thing I could think of that could cause pain would be the fact my Wisdom Teeth are coming in and they are pushing against my molars. All questions and comments are welcome.
A: Do you wear glasses or lenses and when was the last time you had your eyesite checked, if not recently than do it asap. Some other causes I can think of are depression or may be sinus. The best opinion is to consult a Doctor
Q: How can i help my mom with her center head pain??
My mom has a pain feeling in the center core of her head and i want to help her out. I’ve been doing multiple things to try to make her feel better. She’s been like this for 15 days. She’s been taking advil every 6 hours. And the advil is only helping her a little bit. Shes been to the doctor 3 times. Any advice on how i could help my mom??
A: Stop taking advil. It’s only good for inflamation not pain. Tylenol or Excedrin Migraine works well. But for this to be going on this long and the doctor isn’t doing anything, then take her to the nearest hospital ER. One that is big. Not a small town hospital. Or, call a neurologist for an appointment.
Q: Are there any fungal or parasitic infections that cause neck and head pain?
Viral is ruled out and other symptoms include stomach pain and other aches in the body. No fever or signs of infection in the blood work.
A: have you checked bacterial that is a very strong possibility with what you are saying.
Q: What could be the cause of my chest pain and head dizziness?
I get chest pain right when I wake up in the morning from sleep. I also get head dizziness daily and facial pain daily.
What could be the cause?
A: You live in Minnesota, and you’re constantly asking about California and Florida. All three states have a significant number of gay male residents. The symptoms you state are some times common in the earliest stages on HIV. Have you been tested lately?
Q: Should I be worried about my head pain?
In the last week I have experienced every day a sharp throbbing pain in my right side of my head, 2 cm above my ear and a little bit further. This pain lasts few seconds, sometimes is shorter or longer for few more seconds. First days were only once a day and lately it’s 3 times a day. I want to know what is happening to me?. I’m 40 yrs old and I consider myself very healthy person.
A: You’re relatively young and you may consider yourself a very healthy person, but soooo many things, esp. when it comes to neurologic issues, could indicate a myriad of things that can’t be known or seen without imaging tests.
Also, has anyone in your family ever had a stroke, seizure, migraines, epilepsy, etc.? Have you been in any car accidents or had any falls lately, even minor ones? If so, none of these things is necessarily going on with you, but could be INDICATIVE of neurologic problems brewing.
Maybe it’s nothing to do with your head or a true ‘headache’–maybe it’s a problem in your neck or your spine that is expressed in your head as head pain.
Again, you’re never going to know ANYthing unless you get to a doctor for a check up, evaluation, and possible imaging.
If your doctor prescribes a course of treatment, whether it’s aspirin, regular sleep habits, migraine meds and nothing works or seems to help, keep going back until he takes your symptoms seriously and bumps up the level of care.
Get a second opinion until you’re satisfied. Don’t EVER be shy at any time about finding a new doctor if necessary to meet and discuss this with. Meet with whoever you need to until they explain their diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that you understand and in which you are satisfied.
Q: Sharp shooting head pain along left side only?
My girlfriend is a migraine sufferer but has been experiencing a new kind of headache. We have a very busy, often stressful lifestyle.
She describes it as an extremely painful, shooting pain along the left side of her head. Beginning about one inch back from her ear, continuing onto the back of her eye.
The place where the pain starts is very sensitive to the touch – touching it sends the shooting pain to her eye.
Any ideas? She’s going to book an appointment at Kaiser tomorrow but we figured why not try the forums.
Thanks in advance.
A: This is better if she goes and sees a doctor. This could be something go on in her. This is not normal. You should have her ask about getting a CT scan of her head, and also a possible EEG. Also get her doctor to check her prolactin levels, cortisol levels, and red blood cell counts and white blood cells. Also you should get a hematocrit level..
Q: why am i getting head pain and dizzy spells?
Hope someone can help, I have had sinus pressure in my head for the past few months, the doctor has told me that I need to have an operation on my nose as I have a twisted bone.
I have been getting dizzy spells and pains in my ear for the past 6-8weeks can anyone tell me is this coming form the sinus pressure of is it related to something else.
Also can anyone tell me methods to relive the sinus head pain, and dizzy spells.
A: you have sinus infection.
Q: What is this weird sensation in my head (pain followed by warm spot)?
Ever since I was little, I’ve occasionally had this happen to me. I’ll sometimes turn my head and suddenly feel a sharp pain which is subsequently followed by a rush of warmth. I can’t find anything about this online… does anyone know what this may be? It’s kind of hard to explain.
A: Hi. I sometimes get this especially while lifting weights or moving my head in an awkward way, this is tiny tiny blood vessels bursting or getting pulled apart, it hurts because they obviously are getting torn apart and the warmth is the rush of blood after hemorrhage. It’s nothing to be worried about or anything that can be remedied it’s just the make up of your body.
Q: Stand up quickly i get dizzy and a major head pain after?help?
If im sitting dow/laying down ill go to stand up and if i do it a little bit to quickly ill get very dizzy and colors will start to mix together. I just did this and i fell onto my bed. Then maybe after 6 seconds the dizzyness & mixed colors went away and i got such terrible pains in the sided of my head, that were beating like a heartbeat, and they lasted for maybe 15 seconds then went away.
Does anyone know why this happens to me?
A: you could have a sinus infection. I know that happened to me when I had a sinus infection back in December. But you should call your doctor just to make sure.
Q: I am a 12 year old female with head pain?
Okay, so, mostly every day I have pain and pressure in both my neck and in the back of my head on my right side. I can’t help but be worried that I have a brain tumor or cancer…Please help me!
